If you’ve stopped in recently
you’ve noticed that I’ve been testing
a few listing presentation sites – with examples from:
ANIMOTO.com, slide.com , youtube, Postlets,
and of course RealBird
which I previously blogged about....I do think they have a great thing
going
on over there. Best of all, the samples were created free of charge.
A music video created on ANIMOTO.com was posted to youtube and
could easily be toned up or down with a different music selection so
don’t let my music choice deter you from testing the waters
to come up
with a terrific video of your own. I’m still a fan of the Point2 Virtual Tour,
for a traditional and professional looking online tour (branded or
unbranded
and free) Didn’t forget flyinside.com with a capacity for
more photos than
many other sites, however I’m not big on the music selection
of the free version
but very fond of their crisp appearance.
With sights on reaching as many potential buyers
as possible using a variety of
resources including flickr to help position listings
wherever a potential
buyer may be looking, I believe each of these now have a spot reserved
in my
listing toolbox. I envision being able to utilize each of them for
their specific
appeal.
You've likely used some or most of these
sites but a reminder of the tried and true
....because as these systems keep improving their features it may be
worth
a second look especially if it's been a while since you've
visited.
I just learned from fellow
“Rainier”, Vickie McCartney that you can post your
Postlet directly to a Craigslist ad, thanks Vickie! and found that
RealBird has that capability as well....I must be easily amused but I
am continually being amazed!
Happy Listing All!
And
If your buyers are considering calling Everett home....
don't miss this wonderful Port Gardner residence. |
Thanks Teresa, we have not heard of a couple of these and so we will check them out.
thanks for the info. Am looking to improve my listing presentation as it seems kind of dated and not as unique as i would like. Good luck and thanks again for the info.
Hi Teresa. Thanks for sharing the great tips! Keep them coming.
I haven't heard of a couple of these and I've now bookmarked this post and I'm going to have to check these out tomorrow and post my listings in a few more places.
Todd - Somehow I missed saying hello when you stopped in earlier, and I want thank you for visitng!
