Nice.  I am also waiting to close and everyday you bite you fingernails.  Considering how many properties go to pending and don't close I got your point perfectly.

I love it... I am not a big video fan...  this one worked for me.  Short and sweet.

Teresa, very cool. I belong to Wellcome as well. I'll have to check out what options they offer that I've been missing. I loved how you did this, and I really like how you relate to others - thus the reason I subscribed to your blog posts. I love discovering new people - that I've not met. ;-)
