'08-'09 High School Basketball Season Underway

High School Basketball Season '08-'09 is underway.
Tuesday I attended a game at Seattle Prep and can report the fans were out in full force for the Season Opener again this year.

Bleachers on both sides of the gym resonated with team spirit as you’ll hear in the clip below shot from my vantage point just above O'Dea's bench as the Varsity Starting Line-Ups were announced. Final: Seattle Prep 52 - O'Dea 47

Hi Teresa, Looks like a great time - I hope that you had fun.  We attend all the high school basketball games here because my daughters are on the school dance team.  We have a great time going! I love the team spirit! Hope you are well!

Hi Teresa - I have been a sports fan all my life.  In fact I think my life is measured by the seasons; baseball, soccer, football, basketball, etc.  It's always great to look forward to a fresh start and watch your favorite team (with hopes of positive outcomes).  I love the video and that team certainly does appear to have a great court presence.

Hi Teresa I am a big sports fan myself so going to any kind of game is always great. Having someone you know to watch makes it that much better.

Sandy - I've seen your daughters and can imagine how much fun it is to watch them on the school dance team. SOOO much fun! You all have a great Holiday Season down there.

Jon - now that's after my own heart - especially the part about hoping for positive outcomes. Good to keep in mind that there's always next season (as a fall back. :)

Bill - I'm a fan of watching people I know too. Amazed with the talent at the high school level even and the height of some of the players....wow what are they putting in the school lunches?
