Get it Moving.

Sharing a brilliant analogy (in my opinion) of the market and one way toward: "Getting the market moving again" - posted by Saul Klein on RealTown - to view the article click the link provided in Saul’s post.

It's a concise quick read- by Blanche Evans - citing Jeremy Conaway on "unclogging" the market - I'd love to know your thoughts if you have a chance to check it out.

Teresa,

I love Blanche Evans, she always writes interesting and informative posts.  I checked it out, and it is very interesting indeed.  Communication is a huge factor in all aspects of this business.  Let's hope "traffic" lightens up soon for the good of the economy! - Judy

Blanche is an excellent writer. We need a good unclogging right about now. Thanks.

Sam - I'd love your take if you do get over to read Saul Klein's post.

Judy - I'm anxious to read more from Blanche Evans - I agree her writing style and content is excellent also agree with you Judy that some "traffic" flow instead of "spinning wheels" would be welcome for everyone.

Erica - I'm with You too Erica! we need a good unclogging of the market and my parking lot (snow& ice still today) I'm ready for both.

Teresa - Thanks for bringing this post to our attention.  I agree there is a traffic jam out there and we need to find a way to unclog it all.  Communication and cooperation is essential to resolving the issues we experience with properties that have gone to foreclosure and are being sold by banks.  From my perspective I have never understood why banks operate the way they do when there are offers on the table.  I would think a quick response would be best practice in getting these properties off the market; however, banks have cost agents sales because of their "sluggish" mode of operation.  Hopefully, we'll see some improvements in these areas.

Thanks for your input on "getting it moving" Jon. Think most would agree that working together to bring about some changes should have a positive effect on the market for everyone.
